Your own, or someone who said yes. Pets and made up characters are fine. Never a child, never anything sexual, never a real person who did not agree. Videos that break this are removed and the account is closed.
Every credit goes back to you automatically, the moment it fails. You do not need to ask.
Your clip and pictures go to Higgsfield, the company that makes the video, in the United States. We delete your uploads after 24 hours and finished videos after 7 days, so save the ones you want.
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of buying. Email us from the address on your account. Credits already spent on a finished video are not refunded.
Open Account and tap Delete account. It removes your videos, your files and your history.
