What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in.
• The pictures and clips you upload, and the videos made from them.
• Your credit history and which videos you made.
• Reports you send us.

Your card details go to Stripe, our payment company. We never see or store them.

Where your files go

To make a video we send your clip and pictures to Higgsfield AI, which makes the video on its computers in the United States. Higgsfield keeps finished videos for at least 7 days on its side and we cannot delete files from Higgsfield. We have switched on Higgsfield's setting that excludes our files from training its models.

Your account, files and videos are stored with Supabase. During testing that is in Tokyo, Japan. Before launch it moves to Sydney, Australia.

How long we keep things

• Your uploaded pictures and clips: deleted 24 hours after you add them.
• Finished videos: deleted after 7 days.
• Your email and credit history: until you delete your account.
• Records of who made what, kept for safety and legal requests.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never use your face to identify you, and never use your videos in our own marketing without asking.

Pictures on your phone

Before a picture leaves your phone we redraw it, which removes the hidden location data that photos often carry.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. It removes your login, files, videos and history. Email xtcworkbot@gmail.com for a copy of what we hold about you.
