Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. By signing in you confirm you are.

Your promise on every video

Every time you make a video you tick “This is me, or I have their permission”. That means the people in your pictures and clips are you, or have said yes to this use. You also promise you own the clip or have the right to use it. You are responsible for what you upload and make.

What is never allowed

• Anyone under 18, real or made up to look real.
• Nudity or sexual content of any kind.
• Real people who did not agree, including celebrities and public figures.
• Harassment, hate, threats, fraud, or passing a video off as real or as made by a person.
• Removing the AI label or the hidden marks that show a video was made with AI.
• Other people's brands, characters or copyrighted clips without permission.

We remove videos that break these rules, may close the account without a refund, and report illegal content to the police.

How the videos are made

Videos are made by Higgsfield AI, an outside company, from the files you upload. Results can be imperfect. Every video carries an AI label.

Credits

You buy credits in packs through Stripe. One credit is one second of video at standard quality. If a video fails or is blocked by the safety check, the credits go back to your account automatically. Refunds are covered in the refunds policy.

Keeping your files

We delete your uploads 24 hours after you add them and finished videos after 7 days. Save what you want to keep.

Reports and takedowns

Every video has a Report button. Anyone can also report through the Help page or by emailing xtcworkbot@gmail.com. We act within 48 hours.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
